1.Support the Onboarding and Resignation Process of Company and lead HR induction for new joiners;
2.Finalize HR Monthly report and analysis the mobility data e.g. turnover, absence trends;
3.Help on employee benefits such as social insurance, house fund etc.;
4.Complete employee files and contract management;
5.Operate HR System according to the update;
6.Support the HR Operations team in various tasks;
7.Assist experienced hire and campus recruitment, including maintaining relationship with vendors, recruiting implementation.
Experience & Background:1.Open to fresh graduate
2.Can do the internship more than 3 months
Degree and Language:
1.A bachelor’s or higher degree, major relating to management is preferred;
2.Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin and English, CET 6 or above.
