•Support HRBP team on the whole cycle of recruiting, incl. job posting, CV screen, telephone interview, arranging face to face interview and on boarding process.
•Manage recruiting channels and maintain recruiting system.
•Support on HR Marketing, e.g. Job Fair and campus recruitment.
•Support on HR programs such as talent development.
•Writing report and data analysis.
•Assist HRBP team on other assigned work.
Qualifications and Experience
•Undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Good communication and strong working motivation.
•Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
•Responsible; working under pressure.
•Good MS offices.
•Experience in HR related internship will be preferred.
•Fluent German preferred.
