Primary Position Responsibilities & Duties
• administrative supports to managing director (MD) and legal function (i.e. assist to arrange for meetings (agenda, meeting invitation) and facility (conf-room, transportation, etc.), reimbursement application, etc.).
• support MD on business related stuff (i.e. data collection for business report, PPT drafting)
• manage legal document filing, including hardcopies and electronic database
• support to litigation case management;
• preliminary legal research and legal document drafting.
• maintain governmental filing/reporting for JDFL and its branch license.
Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience
•good administrative skill with filing, document management;
•good command of English language; good command of computer skills using the office (excel, word and PowerPoint) & email;
•team worker and nice communication skills & interpersonal skill and time management skill
